All you will need is:
  • 250g frozen berries
  • 50g of caster sugar
  • 500g yogurt
Step 1: First weigh out all your ingredients. I used the blackcurrants and raspberries from the Waitrose berry smoothie mix, the caster sugar to sweeten but you could replace it with honey or agave nectar and to keep it on the healthier side I picked the Waitrose low fat greek yogurt style natural yogurt.
Step 2: Put all the ingredients in a food processor for 1 minute. Sweeten to taste and scrape any excess from the sides and blend again for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture into a container with a lid or cover well with cling film. After one hour blend the mixture in the food processor to break down the ice crystals, repeat this two or three times during the freezing process to get a smooth finish.
